Negligence

I have represented folks who were physically or economically damaged by negligence, which is when someone does something careless that a reasonable person wouldn't do or they do not do something they should have done. This can arise from a poorly designed product, bad doctoring, horrible driving or the failure to keep a property safe. To win, we must prove that you were damaged, the person that damaged you should have used reasonable care but failed to do so and that he/she caused your damages.

As one example, the home pictured above was destroyed by fire and a family left homeless after a repair technician carelessly wired around the
heater's safety switch.
